We are a small family business located in Goodyear, Arizona. Splash Swim Goggles were first created out of frustration with traditional swim goggles! As a busy mom I was tired of all the broken straps, pulled hair and constantly adjusting goggles! We officially launched Splash Swim Goggles in 2017! The support and love for our goggles has been amazing! We are so thankful and blessed by all the local women we work with to assemble our goggles and to all our amazing customers and retailers! I do offer returns or exchanges on unworn items. Message me if you are unhappy with fit and I will be happy to help you.
For hats being shipped, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All other items are also eligible for return or exchange. Any shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Shipping:
I will endeavour to ship out items in a very timely manner. In light of our current circumstances, this may take up to a week. Items are more likely to be shipped out within 3 days of purchase.
The same timeline applies for deliveries.
